When gearing up for Cryotherapy, less is more!

Dress Correctly
Wear minimal clothing, such as a bra and underwear, to allow the cold to reach as much of your skin as possible. Don't worry, we'll provide the rest of the kit to keep you cosy and comfortable.

Mind the Bling
Remember to remove all jewellery, glasses, and watches beforehand. Our attentive staff will be with you every step of the way to ensure your safety and well-being.

RED LIGHT & HYPOXIC THERAPY

For Red Light and Hypoxic Therapy sessions, minimal clothing is key. This allows the red light to penetrate deeply into your skin for maximum benefit. Take this time to unwind and disconnect from distractions by avoiding headphones and keeping your phone at a distance.

INFRARED SAUNA

Whether you prefer a bikini, gym gear, or anything you feel comfortable sweating in, minimal clothing is recommended for our Infrared Sauna sessions. We provide towels and robes for your convenience, ensuring a private and relaxing experience.

Arrive Early
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session to complete any necessary waivers and ensure a stress-free start to your biohacking journey.
