Etiquette Guide
Our client’s satisfaction and health are of paramount importance to us. Our aim is to ensure that every client feels welcome in our space. With this in mind, we feel that it is important to set some house rules to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of Repose space by everyone. We kindly ask our clients to adhere to this Etiquette Guide at all times.
In order not to disturb or interrupt the use of our space by our clients, we kindly ask that you always conduct yourself in a respectful, quiet and a well-mannered fashion when in or about Repose. Aggressive, threatening or loud language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
Use of Repose facilitates
Our members and visitors should be dressed in suitable attire at all times when inside Repose.
We ask that our clients store their coats and other belongings in the lockers provided.
Please always wear slippers or shoes when moving around Repose.
The use of alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes are prohibited in any area of Repose.
Please be advised that the biohacking facilities close 60 minutes before the advertised closing time.
Clients are to use the main entrance to enter and leave Repose. The fire exits are only to be used in an emergency, or under the instruction of Repose staff.
Our Classes
We recommend that you pre-book classes to avoid disappointment. You can book our group classes up to 7 days in advance.
For any AntiGravity® Fitness classes, it is restricted in wearing vests, crop tops or shorts due to the friction generated by our Repose hammocks. It is mandatory to wear short sleeved or long sleeved t-shirts, leggings, tracksuits or three-quarter length bottoms. If you fail to attend a class in the appropriate attire, you will not be permitted into the class.
For any AntiGravity® Fitness classes, please do not wear any sharp jewellery, hair grips, clips and pins for safety reasons.
For any Reformer classes, please ensure you wear Grip Socks, feet must be covered at all times.
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate late arrivals to our classes. Please ensure that you arrive five minutes before the start time of any group class. This is for the safety of yourself and for the experience of the other clients in the class.
In the unlikely event a client is jeopardising the safety and enjoyment of others during the class, our instructors reserve the right to ask them to leave.
Due to the factors outside of our control, the Repose timetable and instructors are occasionally subject to change without advance notice. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
Mobile phones/Smart devices with camera's are not permitted within classes for photography or videos. The studios are private rooms and so no filming or photography is permitted without prior consent of the other participants in the room, the teacher and Repose.
Safety
We ensure that we comply with health and safety requirements to maintain the safety of our clients.
