Antigravity® Classes

Beginners

Using hammocks as your guide, discover the sensation of effortless movement, enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance while suspended above the ground. Under expert guidance, you'll learn the fundamentals of Antigravity to gradually build your confidence and comfort in aerial movements.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This programme will help you slow down from your every day routine. This powerful method will help the mind focus as the body floats through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions helping you to heal and reset.

SUSPENSION FITNESS

Suspension Fitness uses the hammock to challenge your strength, cardio, and kinaesthetic awareness in a new and dynamic form. With this low-impact programme, improve your agility, build core strength and elongate your muscles in a fun class suitable to all levels.

Aerial Yoga

By taking your yoga routine off the ground, you will stimulate your mind, body and spirit, by exploring the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space. The hammock will challenge your mobility and flexibility using traditional and innovative Asanas.

Pilates

Pilates by Antigravity is a technique that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. This programme will help you improve your core, and strengthen your targeting muscles beyond your practice in regular Pilates. 

AIR BARRE

Barre Fitness classes are extremely popular, everyone wants to achieve a lean, toned and strong body. By respecting the original Ballet form and transferring much of its movements to the Hammock as a Barre that moves, you will be challenging your lines in a 3d way, on multiple planes.

Aerial Fusion

A unique class where you will experience a combination of all AntiGravity Fitness programmes in one session. Each class will have its own flow using sequences from Aerial Yoga, Suspension Fitness, Pilates, AirBarre and even Restorative. Experience the essence of AntiGravity through Fusion.

Flips & Tricks

A thrilling exploration of aerial acrobatics and dynamic movements in our specialised class. Designed for those seeking an adrenaline rush and a challenge, this session introduces you to a captivating world of flips, spins, and gravity-defying tricks within our signature hammocks. Engage in building core strength, refining agility, and revel in the pure exhilaration of aerial exploration.

Reformer Pilates

Open Level (Beginners Welcome)

A versatile and inclusive workout suitable for everyone. This class merges traditional Pilates with tailored adjustments, enabling each participant to advance comfortably. Experience a well-rounded mix of strength, flexibility, and core exercises using the Pilates Reformer machine.

Intermediate / Advance

Crafted to push boundaries and foster continuous growth in your Pilates journey. Tailored for those craving heightened intensity and refinement, it offers progressive exercises targeting core strength, stability, and flexibility. Engage in intricate movements that enhance body control and precision for a dynamic, invigorating session.

Jump Board

This session elevates traditional reformer pilates by incorporating the jump board, adding a dynamic challenge to your workout. Improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and coordination with controlled, low-impact movements. Barre

Barre combines elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga into a dynamic and energising workout. Using a barre for support, participants engage in isometric movements, small pulses, and high repetitions of low-impact exercises. This full-body workout targets specific muscle groups, particularly the core, arms, thighs, and glutes, aiming to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body tone.

Barless Barre

An innovative and liberating take on traditional barre workouts. Step into a dynamic fusion that infuses the essence of barre exercises with fluid movements and targeted muscle toning, all without the need for a stationary barre.
