
AMY
Originally from New Orleans, Amy trained as a dancer in NYC and performed internationally, finishing her career with Northern Ballet. She discovered Pilates during her time on stage and now specialises in high-intensity, low-impact training.
Her rhythmic Barre classes use bodyweight and upbeat music for a full-body burn. Amy is certified in Barre, Cycle, Mat & Reformer Pilates, and has qualifications including ACE Personal Training.

AGA
Aga is an Antigravity Fitness Instructor and Flexibility Coach with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. Originally trained as an architect, she found Antigravity while recovering from a ski injury and never looked back.
Her classes blend mindfulness with movement, encouraging students to reconnect with their bodies. She’s certified in Deep Stretch, Antigravity Yoga, Suspension Fitness, AirBarre, and Pilates.

LUCY
Lucy is a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with a deep passion of helping clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness. She specialises in Mat and Reformer Pilates, and also holds a MSc in Personalised Nutrition.
Lucy implements a holistic approach to health. She empowers individuals to support their wellbeing through combining movement with balanced nutrition.

JORDANA
With a lifelong passion for movement, Jordana blends physical fitness with deep spiritual practice. She trained in Jivamukti Yoga, completing apprenticeships, and later expanded into Antigravity Yoga and Sound Healing.
Of Bulgarian and Greek heritage, she brings over 1,000 hours of training to her classes, rooted in the transformative power of yoga, sound, and breath for harmony and healing.

JOE
Joe specialises in improving physical and mental well-being using movement, meditation, and breathwork. With over 5,000 teaching hours, his friendly and focused approach helps students feel calmer, more grounded, and aware.
Joe was trained at Sangyé Yoga School with Cat and Phil Douglas, and also completed an advanced apprenticeship. With an engaging approach, he teaches with clarity and care.

JUMMY
Jummy is a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with a strong passion for movement and body awareness. With her strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, she uses functional movement to support both mind and body.
She educates clients in an enthusiastic enjoyable manner, bringing enthusiasm and precision to her classes. Jummy puts a focus on core engagement, alignment, and long-term wellness.

IGNACIO
Ignacio transitioned from a corporate finance career into teaching yoga after discovering its emotional and physical benefits. What began as a stretching practice quickly became Ignacio's outlet that helped him build strength.
He now teaches an Ashtanga Vinyasa-influenced style that blends strength, discipline, and spirituality. Passionate about anatomy, he tailors his classes to support each student’s goals.

LEAH
Leah is a professional contemporary dancer, aerialist, and acrobat with a background in gymnastics. Since 2019, she’s worked across dance, aerial performance, and calisthenics, creating playful and empowering experiences.
Leah always strives for a physical but playful and encouraging experience, that helps nurture both your body and mind, all whilst having the most fun possible.

JEMIMA
Jemima shifted careers to pursue her passion of Martial Arts, and trained under 7th Dan Wu Shu Kwan master Tracey Chang. Over 17 years, she’s developed expertise across high-energy training, aerial disciplines, and Reformer Pilates.
Her teaching blends functional and mindful movement with a focus on fundamentals, and she specialises in supporting special populations and sports-specific conditioning.
