Our Antigravity® Fitness classes provide a varied range of movements and techniques that will challenge your mind and body, on and off the ground, upright and upside down. With the help of our Antigravity® trainers and state of the art aerial equipment exclusive to Repose, build your strength, mobility and flexibility through specific Antigravity® programmes such as Aerial Yoga, Suspension Fitness, Restorative Yoga and Pilates. For those that prefer the more traditional classes, we have a variety of Mat Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes.
If you are new to the AntiGravity Fitness programmes, this is the class for you. A slower paced class that will teach you about the technique behind all the programmes we offer, so you can practice safely and effectively. In this class, the sequences are easier to follow in order for you to gain more trust in the hammock as well as help you gain more confidence in yourself. Remember, safety comes first but fun is better than perfect. This class is ideal if you are a novice but it is also great for anyone who would like to brush up the basics of their technique. Smaller class sizes ensure an element of personal care and attention.

Barre Fitness classes are extremely popular, everyone wants to achieve a lean, toned and strong body. By respecting the original Ballet form and transferring much of its movements to the Hammock as a Barre that moves, you will be challenging your lines in a 3d way, on multiple planes.
