Aerial Yoga

Barre Fitness classes are extremely popular, everyone wants to achieve a lean, toned and strong body. By respecting the original Ballet form and transferring much of its movements to the Hammock as a Barre that moves, you will be challenging your lines in a 3d way, on multiple planes.

This class is designed for non-dancers and dancers alike. Vibrant with musicality and fun as its main objective, you can work on your lower body as well as upper body whilst having the best time.
