If you are new to the AntiGravity Fitness programmes, this is the class for you. A slower paced class that will teach you about the technique behind all the programmes we offer, so you can practice safely and effectively. In this class, the sequences are easier to follow in order for you to gain more trust in the hammock as well as help you gain more confidence in yourself. Remember, safety comes first but fun is better than perfect. This class is ideal if you are a novice but it is also great for anyone who would like to brush up the basics of their technique.
