Celebrate your journey into motherhood with us

This thoughtfully curated experience begins with a 15-minute introduction to The Tenth and the realities of postpartum life, followed by a 45-minute prenatal yoga session designed to restore your body and prepare you for the journey ahead. We will then guide you into 30 minutes of soothing sound healing, allowing for deep relaxation and mindful nurturing.

After the session, we invite you to unwind with nourishing treats, refreshing beverages, and the opportunity to connect with fellow mothers-to-be as you continue to enrich your pregnancy journey. A representative from The Tenth will also be available to answer any questions about their postpartum offerings.
